Tickets transfers & Refunds
1.1 All children playing at The Cheeky Monkeys Playcentre must purchase a ticket which entitles entry to the play areas.
1.2 The ticket price includes admission for one child’s entry to The Cheeky Monkeys Playcentre and all activities offered by Play Makers for one 2.5 hour play session.
1.3 All children admitted to The Cheeky Monkeys Playcentre must hold a valid ticket obtained via our website’s online booking system or on entry. Tickets cannot be purchased and will not be accepted by third party ticket providers.
1.4 The ticket price excludes food and beverage and access to private parties/events. Activities provided by an external provider may be subject to separate fees and will be advertised accordingly.
1.5 All customers with pre-booked tickets will receive email confirmation along with a booking reference which acts as proof of purchase. Please check you have received this email following purchase. Your booking reference is required upon arrival as proof of purchase to gain access to The Cheeky Monkeys Playcentre. We take no responsibility should you not receive this email due to reasons outside of our control e.g. junk or spam filtering.
1.6 The person purchasing tickets accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of every visitor and is responsible for ensuring these Terms are communicated to and followed by visitors attending.
1.7 Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and we cannot guarantee entry for visitors without prior online booking.
1.8 Adults are not required to purchase a ticket. An ‘adult’ is a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years entering with a child.
1.9 All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Transfers for pre-booked tickets can be made with a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session. Our transfer policy applies in all circumstances. Bookings transferred within the minimum of our 24hr notification policy can transfer and re-book a play session within 6 months of the transfer date.
2.0 Email reminders will be sent to all customers 24hrs prior to a pre-booked visit.
2.1 Ticket prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.
2.2 In circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a Ticket. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary. A refund for the money paid will be issued to you within fourteen (14) days of cancellation
WHAT ARE FUTUREPAY PAYMENTS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?
For customers wanting to set up automatic recurring payments the following terms apply –
Cheeky Monkeys recurring payments are made through WorldPay and through a service called FuturePay. This is an internet-based equivalent of traditional standing order and direct debit facilities.
Please note, any contract is between yourself and Cheeky Monkeys rather than with WorldPay.
Recurring payments will be made on a monthly, 3 x monthly, 6 x monthly or annual basis depending on any contractual obligations you have agreed to. The payments will continue whilst our services are provided. Payments will be taken on the anniversary date of the first payment. Please call to discuss your options, all payment terms will be agreed by both parties in advance of setting FuturePay up.
Invoices for each period will continue to be emailed to your designated email account for your records.
You have the right to cancel your Future Pay agreement at any time. To do so, please inform us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
